[Today, just outside of Camp's barrier there is a kid with a backpack on his shoulder. He looks pretty confused, like he doesn't know how he got there.]

A few months is nothing then. I've got a place to crash, I've got food and money, what else do I need?

[smiles, wiping her eyes with the back of one hand]

Does this mean you're leaving now?

...I guess? I'd sit here until Camp kicks me away, if I can.

[nods]

Yeah. I know.

[ihulk]

Maybe I'll sit out here for a few days before I get hungry.

Dude, no. Don't do that.

It sounds better than leaving...

Starving sounds better?

There's really only one choice though.

Are you gonna be okay?

[totally crying a little bit, but she nods]

Yeah, duh. The Breeze and all.

[totally crying too, big tears fogging up his glasses and rolling down his cheeks]

Of course. The Breeze is the coolest.

So I'll be fine.

Yeah--Yeah. Me too. I can stick it out fine. And it'll go by before you know it. It's only a few months til New Years, right?

Yeah. And who knows, maybe I'll come early.

That would be something to look forward to. Before Christmas? Halloween? We could have the first real-sugar-filled Halloween in forever.

Yeah. Maybe. I mean, I'll try, but...

Even if you don't, it's New Years for sure.

Yeah. We'll do lots of fun stuff.
