Breakdown/What this means:
-Basically what it says on the tin; this gives him back his understanding of computers and his ability to do basically anything on them! His nickname is "Computer Jack" for a reason. If it has to do with a computer, he gets it.
-But this mostly involves doing things on the computer (like hacking into the Pentagon) and some related hardware understanding. Nothing about how to work phone lines or nuclear reactors in here!
-For the most part this won't come up in Aather since there isn't a lot of technology around, but it will give him an itching desire to try and make some computers just so that he can play with them.
